Who we are

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, company or store URL, and your message.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use the data only to answer your request and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and perform a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Service providers

• Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
• GitHub Pages hosts this website. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and may keep it in technical logs for security purposes.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to three years afterwards, unless they become part of a contract, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict its processing, or object to it. Email us at help@elastic-soft.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
